Fröccs - A Great Invention

While Hungarian language is difficult, there are a few words that are definitely worth learning. One of them is Fröccs, pronounced as 'Froetsch'.

Hungarians invented Fröccs as a summer refreshment and it is best from crisp fresh steel-fermented white or rosé wines: it is a refreshing mix of wine and soda water. Through a long process of sophistication over time, there are now more than 20 different kinds of Fröccs, based on the proportions of wine versus soda water.
